Seamless Floors is growing and looking to add a Design Consultant to a boutique-style showroom team. The showroom focuses on helping clients design beautiful spaces with flooring, backsplashes, showers, and countertops.This opportunity is perfect for someone who loves interior design, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow within the home design and remodeling industry. Prior flooring experience is not required, but interest in design and willingness to learn is essential.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist clients with selecting flooring, backsplash tile, showers, and countertops</li><li>Provide design guidance including color coordination, textures, and material combinations</li><li>Maintain communication with clients from consultation through installation</li><li>Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience</li><li>Maintain showroom organization and product displays</li><li>Stay up to date on current design trends and product knowledge</li><li>Support daily showroom operations and customer appointments</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Passion for interior design and home aesthetics</li><li>Self-motivated with strong work ethic</li><li>Interest in a career opportunity with growth</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Ability to lift and move flooring samples when needed</li><li>Ability to work full time</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Preferred but Not Required<ul><li>Sales experience</li><li>Retail or customer service background</li><li>Experience in flooring, tile, construction, or interior design</li></ul>What This Role Offers<ul><li>Opportunity to grow in the home design and remodeling industry</li><li>Hands-on product knowledge in flooring, and interior finishes</li><li>Creative and design focused work environment</li><li>Supportive team atmosphere</li></ul>Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
