Job Summary Join our dynamic Interventional Radiology practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through minimally invasive procedures. We are committed to fostering professional growth and ensuring every team member's skills are utilized to their fullest potential.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations tailored to interventional radiology procedures.</li><li>Provide patient education on procedures, recovery processes, and follow-up care plans to promote understanding and compliance.</li><li>Document all clinical encounters accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks; ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with appropriate certification for advanced practice roles.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology or related fields such as critical care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine is highly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; experience with medical documentation and CPT coding is advantageous.</li><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques relevant to image-guided interventions.</li><li>Skills in vascular access procedures including IV insertion, venipuncture, catheterization, and sterile processing techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with infection control protocols, aseptic technique, and infection prevention measures in an outpatient or inpatient setting.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for triage assessments, patient education, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.</li><li>Join us in delivering cutting-edge interventional radiology care that transforms lives!
