Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about immigrant rights, highly organized, and capable of managing a diverse caseload with professionalism and empathy. A strong understanding of U.S. immigration law and excellent communication skills are essential.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, and other immigration-related agencies.</li><li>Prepare and file petitions, waivers, applications, appeals, and related immigration documents.</li><li>Conduct legal consultations and provide clients with reliable immigration advice.</li><li>Maintain accurate case records and meet all filing deadlines.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other professionals.</li><li>Stay up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.</li><li>Active license to practice law in any U.S. state.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in immigration law (preferred but not required).</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and advocate effectively for clients.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Admission to the Connecticut Bar </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,452.92 - $100,932.55 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
