 Ensure purchasing activities are done efficiently
 
 
 
 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive and review PR from requesting department
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect offers from suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Place PO on ERP system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Send PO to supplier and follow up receiving order confirmation from Supplier
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up deliveries of open orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor suppliers' performance periodically
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify the receipt of items are as per PO / contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform all cash purchased items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage any additional assignment given by the Deputy Purchase Manager.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Academic and professional qualifications:
 
 
 
 Bachelor degree in Engineering\Supply chain\Commerce\Business Administration.
 
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 
 +3 years of experience in Purchasing\Procurement in FMCG or Frozen food
