 Own the Talent Pipeline with a founder&rsquo;s mindset.

 Sourcing Specialist
 
 and execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles (Engineering, Cloud, Data, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Source potential candidates through generating referrals from internal employees, leveraging job boards, social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Cutshort), and professional networks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Architect efficient talent outcomes.

 Qualify candidates for skill,
 
 cultural, and motivational fit
