Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional childcare and household support for a busy family. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a family's daily life while showcasing your multitasking abilities.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive childcare for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs and preferences, incorporating meal planning and cooking skills</li><li>Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises that promote learning and social skills</li><li>Manage household tasks such as cleaning, organizing, laundry, and maintaining a tidy living environment</li><li>Assist with preschool routines, nap schedules, diapering, and age-appropriate caregiving practices</li><li>Support families with working individuals or those with disabilities by adapting caregiving approaches as needed</li><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary and handle emergency situations confidently with proper protocols</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in nannying or childcare roles with a strong background in infant, toddler, and preschool care</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles and effective teaching methods suitable for young children</li><li>Ability to perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and meal preparation efficiently</li><li>Familiarity with working with children who have special needs or disabilities is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers</li><li>Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable to ensure safety standards are met</li><li>Compassionate caregiver with patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward daily responsibilities</li></ul>Join us in creating a nurturing environment where children thrive while supporting the family's household needs.
