This position is full-time onsite at our location in Mukilteo.

Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.</li>
<li>Manages large amounts of incoming phone calls from customers and technicians</li>
<li>Collects and enters customer information</li>
<li>Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.</li>
<li>Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.</li>
<li>Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.</li>
<li>Scheduling projects for technicians</li>
<li>Managing scheduled projects with organization and detail</li>
<li>Sufficiently communicate the customers' needs to the technicians via notes onto appointment summaries</li>
<li>Determine whether or not the company provides the services that the customer is requesting.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills/Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Excellent communication skills including active listening.</li>
<li>Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.</li>
<li>Ability to memorize scripts and company pricing for general calls</li>
<li>Empathetic and patient</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>
<li>Ability to multitask with minimal errors</li>
<li>Reliable employee</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Experience in the trades is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in booking appointments</li>
<li>Experience in Microsoft; Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Experience in Finance or Accounting is a plus</li>
<li>Previous dispatch experience</li>
<li>Previous experience with Plumbing is a plus</li>
