As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Resolution Specialist to join our remote team.This role is designed to save leadership time, protect the firm&rsquo;s reputation, and increase overall firm profitability. Each Tax Resolution Specialist is paired with a dedicated virtual assistant who helps manage case workflows, client communications, and document collection &mdash; allowing you to focus on strategy, resolution, and client outcomes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage IRS and Washington State Department of Revenue cases from start to finish</li><li>Develop resolution strategies tailored to each client&rsquo;s unique facts and circumstances</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, tax agencies, and internal team members</li><li>Utilize IRS Logics, Pitbull Tax Software, Outlook, and QuickBooks for case management</li><li>Collaborate with 1&ndash;2 assigned virtual assistants to support client communication and case resolution</li><li>Contribute to client satisfaction, upselling opportunities, and 5-star Google reviews</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>EA, CPA, or JD credential required</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in tax resolution</li><li>Strong knowledge of federal and Washington state tax codes</li><li>Proven ability to manage cases independently and efficiently</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Incentives<ul><li>Competitive base salary: $70,000 &ndash; $120,000 (DOE)</li><li>Performance-based bonuses tied to: Cases closed, Upsells, Client satisfaction, and Verified 5-star Google reviews</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>100% remote work environment</li><li>Assigned virtual assistants to support your workflow</li><li>We are building a Long Term Team to Scale our Firm</li></ul>Our MissionWe focus on resolving complex IRS and Washington State Department of Revenue cases with precision, integrity, and client-centered care.Our firm is built on a foundation of trust, efficiency, and results &mdash; and we&rsquo;re proud to offer a remote-first environment that empowers our team to deliver exceptional service from anywhere.
