We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Female Telesales Executive

Main Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Execute customer trades </li> <li>Good knowledge in online trading </li> <li>Manage and monitor customer orders </li> <li>Reconcile trades at end of dealing shift </li> <li>Reconcile orders with customers on a weekly basis </li> <li>Communicate corrections to appropriate personnel </li> <li>Maintain prompt and regular attendance </li> <li>Review customer margins before executing transactions </li> <li>Process orders fills </li> <li>Record and maintain market closing prices </li> <li>Responsible for dealing activity, any resulting trading positions and the confirmation (reconciliation) of all daily dealing activity </li> <li>Technical and Fundamental Analysis proficiency </li> <li>This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed </li> </ul> Experience: Minimum a 2-year experience in a similar position Working Hours: Monday Friday Starting Date: Immediate Probation Period: 3 monthCommission/Bonus: Annual Bonus conditional on company/employee performance
