<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">The role</h2>
<ul><li>We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Product Manager for European payment squad to join us. You'll work closely with our Payment Senior Product Manager to build our European payment functionality and shape how our European payment operations team functions.
</li><li>This is a high-impact, high-ownership role, ideal for someone who combines sharp product thinking, strong execution skills, and a passion for simplifying complexity. This is a rare opportunity to be the first Product Manager focused on European payment at Seccl.
</li><li>You won&rsquo;t be joining an established team or roadmap, you&rsquo;ll be helping to define both from the ground up.
</li><li>Working alongside a small, high-impact European team and key European clients, you&rsquo;ll play a central role in shaping how our European payment proposition evolves, from early launches through to scale.

<ul><li>Shape the European payment strategy and roadmap for a fast-growing fintech that wants to disrupt an outdated industry.
</li><li>Support with go to market strategy for the European business and collaborating closely with our European clients
</li><li>Work closely with the product and engineering team supporting the UK business
</li><li>Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify the right tooling to automate tasks and solve complex customer problems.
</li><li>Contribute to a high-performing, autonomous squad where your ideas will directly influence our success.
</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">On a typical day you will be&hellip;</h2>
<ul><li>Working closely with the Group Product Manager and Operations Lead to define the European trading roadmap, balancing immediate client needs with longer-term platform strategy
</li><li>Collaborating as a pod with engineers, operations, and other stakeholders to solve scalability challenges for our European trading operations team.
</li><li>Breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans for engineering teams
</li><li>Prioritising and managing the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder needs while maximising value for customers.
</li><li>Partnering closely with our European clients to understandi their needs and translating them into product solutions, validate solutions, and ensure the product delivers real value.
</li><li>Collaborating with UK-based product and engineering teams to adapt and extend existing capabilities for European markets
</li><li>Making trade-offs across speed, risk, and customer value in a highly regulated environment
</li><li>Using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform evidence-based decisions.
</li><li>Supporting the growth of junior product managers through mentorship.

<ul><li>Have significant experience with payment systems, custody platforms, APIs or have launched regulated products to European markets
</li><li>Have experiencer scaling products in regulated environments (e.g. fintech, banking, investments, insurance)
</li><li>Are comfortable operating in 0 1 or highly ambiguous environments where structure doesn&rsquo;t yet exist
</li><li>Brings clarity to ambiguity &ndash; structuring problems and shaping them into actionable work
</li><li>Has a strong bias for action &ndash; you proactively seek insights, test ideas, and move things forward.
</li><li>Is customer-obsessed &ndash; always thinking about how to improve workflows and outcomes.
