For our debut game, MARVEL SNAP, we've partnered with Marvel (Trust us, we had to pinch ourselves too!). We've got other SUPER FUN (but still secret) projects in the works and this role is a chance to be a part of something new, and special at the company. Your Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic mid-level IT Systems Specialist to join our growing team. This role will join our small but high-impact IT team in our growing organization, providing frontline support and assistance to our team members in the office and remotely. This role includes 3-4 in-office days each week, depending on what's happening around the studio. Onsite support is especially valuable during high-traffic days like team offsites, social events, and other moments when our teams gather in person. The ideal candidate is ready to dive in, learn on the job, and grow with our company. What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Be our frontline support by independently providing friendly and efficient day-to-day hardware and software support to Second Dinner team members both remotely and in office.</li><li>
Manage and troubleshoot core tools and services, including:<ul><li>
Okta (Single Sign-On)</li><li>
Google Workspace</li><li>
Slack</li><li>
GitHub</li><li>
Unity</li><li>
Zoom</li><li>
Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)</li><li>
Microsoft 365</li></ul></li><li>
Field support needs for both MacOS and Windows PC environments, including:<ul><li>
Set up and configure new machines</li><li>
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues</li><li>
Manage software updates and patches</li><li>
Assist with data migration and backups</li><li>
Oversee our MDM platforms and mobile devices (Microsoft InTune for Windows, Kandji for macOS)</li></ul></li><li>
Maintain hardware and software inventories</li><li>
Document IT processes and create user guides</li><li>
Support and work with the IT team to implement automation initiatives in the IT department</li><li>
Collaborate and support the IT Manager and Security &amp; Compliance Manager on various strategic projects</li><li>
Stay current with IT best practices and emerging technologies</li></ul>
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
Understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes</li><li>
Familiarity with common business software and SaaS applications</li><li>
Working knowledge of both MacOS and Windows operating systems</li><li>
Experience with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving in Mac and PC environments</li><li>
Experience in a helpdesk or customer support role</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
A friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li><li>
Eagerness to learn and grow in an IT role</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Flexibility to respond to occasional on-call duties</li><li>
Ability to carry and lift up to 25 lbs for shipping and receiving equipment</li></ul>
Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:<ul><li>
Experience with any of our specific tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)</li><li>
Basic understanding of networking concepts</li><li>
Familiarity with IT security best practices</li><li>
Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) systems</li></ul>
The total compensation for this position includes a new hire offer base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 USD + equity + comprehensive benefits + potential for discretionary performance bonuses. 
Individual pay within this salary range may span multiple levels within the discipline and is determined by assessed job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training. It also factors in market demands and business needs. The disclosed range is not adjusted based on location and may be subject to change or modification based on business needs in the future.
