We&rsquo;re looking for a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role covers the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, with a strong focus on hiring and recruiting top talent.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes- Actively headhunt and source candidates to build a strong talent pipeline- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR operations- Handle social insurance processes &ndash; including visiting the insurance office when hiring or offboarding employees- Manage payroll (salaries, deductions, and payslips)- Follow up on the KPIs and performance of all employees with managers and leadership- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices- Support employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary actions- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related questions and employee relationsWhat we&rsquo;re looking for:- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, with strong head-hunting skills- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) &ndash; essential for working with our diverse team- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills- Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and professionalism- Hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple responsibilitiesJob Type: Full-time
