We are recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will be creating and overseeing 3D landscape designs and be managing clients throughout the whole process for sales, design and construction stages. Responsibilities:<br>
</div><ul><li>
Develop Conceptual Proposals.<br>
</li><li>
Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals; for 2D design, 3D Renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options.<br>
</li><li>
Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD).<br>
</li><li>
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.<br>
</li><li>
Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process.<br>
</li><li>
Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers&rsquo; requirements.<br>
</li><li>
Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.<br>
</li><li>
Lead selection of suitable material for projects.<br>
</li><li>
Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.<br>
</li><li>
Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.<br>
</li><li>
Prepare project estimates together with Operations Team.<br>
</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior landscape architect.<br>
</li><li>

Requirements</b></h3><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2 + years of experience in related field, within UAE.<br>
</li><li>
Strong creative and communication skills<br>
</li><li>
Fluent in Arabic and English<br>
</li><li>
AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software.<br>
</li><li>
It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function.<br>
</li><li>
Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photo realistic rendering techniques.</li></ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
