Responsibilities:

Develop Conceptual Proposals. 
</li><li>
Prepare and present Landscaping Proposals; for 2D design, 3D Renders, CAD drawings and other relevant options. 
</li><li>
Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD). 
</li><li>
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office. 
</li><li>
Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process. 
</li><li>
Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers&rsquo; requirements. 
</li><li>
Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction. 
</li><li>
Lead selection of suitable material for projects. 
</li><li>
Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends. 
</li><li>
Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers. 
</li><li>
Prepare project estimates together with Operations Team.

Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior landscape architect.

Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field with at least 2 + years of experience in related field, within UAE. 
</li><li>
Strong creative and communication skills 
</li><li>
Fluent in Arabic and English 
</li><li>
AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and any other graphic or rendering software. 
</li><li>
It is also required to have a working knowledge of other software and CAD packages related to the function. 
</li><li>
Must be fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations, and have knowledge of related visualization and photo realistic rendering techniques.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

<div>Job Description &ndash; Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level, 5 Years&rsquo; Experience) 
Specialization: Landscaping &amp; Swimming Pool Projects 
Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Conduct site surveys, take measurements, and prepare detailed cost and damage assessment reports for landscaping and swimming pool projects. 
</li><li>
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents specific to landscaping and swimming pool works. 
</li><li>
Request, evaluate, and compare quotations, samples, proforma invoices, and tax invoices from suppliers and subcontractors in line with project specifications. 
</li><li>
Assist the procurement team in budgeting, cost forecasting, and project-wise procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors for landscaping and pool works. 
</li><li>
Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and prepare cost reports to maintain budgetary control. 
</li><li>
Support the finance team by preparing profitability and cost analysis reports for landscaping and swimming pool projects. 
</li><li>
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and project timelines. 
</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager or Senior Management.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Requirements</h3>
Desired Skills &amp; Experience 
<ul><li>
A minimum of three to five years&rsquo; experience in landscaping and swimming pool projects in the UAE 
</li><li>
Comprehensive understanding of detailed drawings for both landscaping and pools is essential 
</li><li>
Strong knowledge of landscape materials, swimming pool construction methods, and MEP elements related to pools. 
</li><li>
Strong written reporting skills 
</li><li>
Understanding of Authority approvals and requirements 
</li><li>
Experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. 
</li><li>
Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. 
</li><li>
Previous Middle East experience is essential 
</li><li>
Recent experience on luxury residential projects is highly desirable. 
</li><li>
Candidates will need to be highly organized and have document control experience 
</li><li>
