POSITION SUMMARY 
The Helpdesk Technician II performs technical support for our client environments and is based out of Secur-Serv's Network Operation Center in Omaha, NE. 
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Supports activities include, but are not limited to, remote help desk troubleshooting, workstation and server troubleshooting, router and network troubleshooting and administrative tasks such as user creation and authorization; software updates; and configuration or drivers and settings on personal computing devices and printers.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment and software applications.</li><li>
Provide technical support services to clients using over the phone software</li><li>
Monitoring of client system environments and functions</li><li>
Escalate appropriate technical issues in a timely manner</li><li>
Participate in the on-call rotation</li><li>
Meets all attendance requirements</li><li>
Other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of IT experience</li><li>
Mobile Phone Support</li><li>
Microsoft Windows 7 and 10</li><li>
Office 365</li><li>
Active Directory Experience</li><li>
Remote Desktop Services</li><li>
Remote Troubleshooting / Help Desk Experience</li><li>
Working with Networking Equipment</li><li>
Customer First-Focus</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills with customers and coworkers</li><li>
Valid Driver's License</li><li>
A quick learner in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
