We&rsquo;re Hiring &ndash; Senior Accounts Executive | PuneJoin Secura Force Pvt. Ltd., a leading Facility Management &amp; Security Services company, as we expand our Finance &amp; Accounts team!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements</li></ul><ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and client invoicing.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements &mdash; GST, TDS.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data for internal and statutory audits.</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile client accounts and prepare summaries for billing and collection follow-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Support payroll reconciliation and expense accounting.</li></ul><ul><li>Suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the accounts function.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>B.Com / M.Com or equivalent</li></ul><ul><li>4 &ndash; 10 years of experience</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency :</li></ul>o Tally ERP.o MS Excel skills.o Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.o Knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.Location: PuneApply at: sumeet@securaforce.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
