How You&rsquo;ll Contribute:
<ul>
<li>Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and repairs across facility systems</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues with accuracy</li>
<li>Execute tasks from maintenance logs and preventative schedules</li>
<li>Collaborate directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and production leads</li>
<li>Maintain tool inventory, flag part needs, and document work</li>
<li>Keep your area organized and functional for the next shift</li>
<li>Ensure all work meets internal safety and operating standards</li>
<li>Stay ahead of downtime, not behind it</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in maintenance (industrial, facilities, automotive, or similar)</li>
<li>Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic systems</li>
<li>Comfortable using hand and power tools</li>
<li>Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms</li>
<li>Willing to work in an industrial environment (dust, noise, movement)</li>
<li>Must pass background check, drug screen, and skills assessment</li></ul> 


Pay &amp; Benefits:
