The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analyzing evidence, and preparing detailed reports. This role requires a high level of integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Develop and work on leads on infringement of client brands&middot; Develop and nurture a dependable informer network<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive investigations into various cases, including but not limited to brand protection, fraud and misconduct.</li><li>Gather, analyze, and interpret evidence from multiple sources.</li><li>Interview witnesses and suspects to obtain relevant information.</li><li>Prepare detailed and accurate investigation reports.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and external agencies as necessary.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in investigation procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate or higher degree from any stream</li><li>Proven experience in conducting investigations, preferably in brand protection</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously and work as a team player.</li><li>High level of integrity and ethical standards.</li><li>Proficiency in using investigation tools and software.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Advanced degree or certification in a related field.</li><li>Experience with digital forensics and cybersecurity investigations will have an added advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.</li></ul>Other Requirements:&middot; Must own a two-wheeler in good conditionHow to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to enforcement@securemarc.com.Application Deadline: 10 September 2025Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;180,000.00 - &#8377;240,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Willing to work odd hours</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>4 wheeler license (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>50% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
