Looking for Immediate Joiner Position: Data Entry /Validation (DEO)Location: Malad.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:30 PM2nd &amp; 4th Saturday: 10:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PMSalary : 15K to 18K Inhand* We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry /Validation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, excellent English typing skills, and strong communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and validate incoming candidate data, including forms, documents, and reports, for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Cross-verify information with available internal systems, third-party sources, or previously submitted data.</li><li>Ensure all candidate records meet client-specific guidelines and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Flag inconsistencies, discrepancies, or missing data, and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.</li><li>Update and maintain accurate records in the background verification system.</li><li>Perform quality checks on completed reports before final delivery to clients.</li><li>Assist in identifying trends in data errors and contribute to process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Always ensure adherence to data privacy and confidentiality policies.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently</li><li>Familiarity with background verification processes (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you an Immediate joiner?</li><li>Do you have Knowledge or Experience in V Lookup and Pivot Table ?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MS Excel: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
