We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team and manage the financial health of our projects and operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT returns as per UAE law.</li><li>Track project and AMC expenses, ensuring accurate reporting.</li><li>Prepare monthly/annual financial statements and cash flow reports.</li><li>Ensure timely client invoicing and follow-up on collections.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of accounting experience (fire &amp; safety/engineering/FM preferred).</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Excel.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
