Job Summary:The Audio Video Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment used for meetings, conferences, events, and daily operations. This includes sound systems, video displays, projectors, recording devices, and video conferencing tools.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and operate AV equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.</li><li>Install and configure AV systems including projectors, microphones, speakers, video walls, and control systems.</li><li>Provide technical support for video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex).</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to ensure seamless AV integration.</li><li>Maintain inventory of AV equipment and accessories.</li><li>Train staff on proper use of AV equipment.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Audio Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and control systems.</li><li>Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and streaming technologies.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience with Crestron, Extron, AMX, or similar control systems.</li><li>Knowledge of networking and IP-based AV systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Audio Video Technician

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic individual with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.*Responsibilities:*1. *SIRA Admin Portal Support*- Serve as a backup for managing tasks on the SIRA Admin Portal in the absence of the primary administrator.- Ensure compliance and timely submissions through the portal as needed.2. *Communication &amp; Coordination*- Act as the primary point of contact for all administrative operational support related to the technical team and AMC support inquiries.- Coordinate with the operations team to apply for work permits for projects and support services.- Facilitate communication among the operations, technical, and support teams.- Maintain accurate records of reports, client interactions, and internal communications.- Ensure timely updates in the workflow management system (Monday.com).3. *Logistics &amp; Delivery Tracking*- Monitor and track devices and equipment scheduled for delivery to project sites.- Collaborate with the Procurement and Operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery to sites.4. *CRM Management*- Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records on Monday.com.- Ensure that customer listings and details are accurate, complete, and regularly updated.5. *Invoicing Support*- Assist the accounts team with proper invoicing for support services by keeping track of service reports.*Qualifications:*- Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in administrative roles.- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, such as ( Monday.com )or similar tools.- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).- Hands-on experience with ERP software.- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.-Preferable with UAE ExperienceJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
