Job Title: Full-Stack Developer &ndash; Team LeadLocation: Mohali (On-site) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift (9:30 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Team Lead) who can take ownership of projects, effectively communicate with clients, estimate timelines, and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure project success.</li><li>Understand client requirements clearly and provide technical solutions accordingly.</li><li>Estimate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.</li><li>Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend.</li><li>Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Experience: 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development (with at least 1-2 years in a Team Lead role).</li><li>Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js.</li><li>Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter),</li><li>Frameworks &amp; Stacks: MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).</li><li>CMS &amp; Platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace.</li><li>Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.</li><li>Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to estimate time for tasks/projects and allocate resources effectively.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
