Facility Manager (Bungalow / Resident Manager)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operations Management: Direct daily operations, including security, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and staff (drivers, cooks, etc.).</li><li>Maintenance: Oversee all routine maintenance, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for critical assets (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).</li><li>Vendor &amp; Contract Management: Negotiate, onboard, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality service delivery.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.</li><li>Staff Supervision: Lead, guide, and schedule on-site staff, fostering a collaborative environment.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Finance: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and handle procurement.</li><li>Event Management: Coordinate and execute events within the property.</li><li>Logistics: Arrange domestic/international travel and accommodation for residents/guests.</li><li>Communication: Act as the central point of contact for all property-related matters.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in facility management, private household management, or hospitality.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Technical knowledge of building systems.</li><li>Excellent organizational and financial management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
