We're growing our marketing team and are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to help manage and execute marketing campaigns for a busy mortgage team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves marketing, enjoys keeping projects organized, and can take ownership of campaigns from start to finish.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for multiple loan officers.</li><li>
Create, schedule, and manage email and text marketing campaigns.</li><li>
Track campaign performance and maintain detailed reporting.</li><li>
Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Help brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies.</li><li>
Keep marketing projects organized and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>
Work closely with our team to execute consistent, high-quality marketing initiatives.</li></ul>
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:<ul><li>
Social media marketing</li><li>
Google Ads (Google Adwords)</li><li>
CRM or marketing automation platforms</li><li>
Email marketing platforms</li><li>
Analytics and campaign reporting</li></ul>

This is not a sales or cold-calling position. Instead, you'll be responsible for managing campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives that help our loan officers build relationships with real estate agents and clients.

Location: In-office in Lehi, Utah</li><li>
Pay: Starting around $20/hour, with higher compensation available depending on experience.</li></ul>
