<div>About the role:
The Security Specialists, under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor, ensures SIS standards and policies are met in overall field services, operations and functions in assigned area such as: site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects as assigned. All duties must be performed in accordance to client policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:<ul><li>
Provide a safe and professional work environment for client's employees and guests</li><li>
Provide escort, patrol on foot to secure your assigned post</li><li>
Act quickly as a responder to incidents</li>

As a candidate you must have:
<ul><li>High school diploma (or GED)</li><li>
Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications</li><li>
Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude</li><li>
Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform</li></ul>

Security Specialist - Overnight PT

<div>About the role:
The Off-Duty Officer (ODO) provides a safe and secure environment for the client. The focus of the ODO is specialized client management with a focus on advanced planning, threat assessment, and problem-solving. Management can be implemented through one-on-one security protection, residential protection, and/or an elaborate tracking or monitoring system. The ODO team is chosen from a cross-section of Federal, State, and local law enforcement to provide security services ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entertainment industry executives, major special events, and any other type of venue requiring a secure presence. The ODO reports to the Operations Manager.<div>
The Off Duty Officer (ODO) supports all divisions of the company, including but not limited to Retail, Special Operations, and Operation.s 
 
In this role, your responsibilities will be: 
<ul><li>Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations</li><li>Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients</li><li>Build a safe and friendly setting for visitors and clients in a professional manner, as well as safeguarding client assets</li><li>Observe for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site</li><li>Investigation and surveillance support</li><li>Product escort</li><li>Executive protection</li><li>Perform other related duties as required</li></ul></div>
As a candidate, you must have:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>Three plus years of law enforcement experience</li><li>Active/retired law enforcement</li><li>POST certification</li><li>Active CCW and Exposed Firearms permits</li><li>Proof of annual firearms requalification OR annual firearms training course
</li><li>Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client-requested certification; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted</li><li>Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service</li><li>Domestic and/or International Travel up to 50% of time may be required</li><li>Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed</li></ul>
