</div></div></div></div><p>Key Responsibilities
</p><div><div><div><ul><li>Lead and manage the people, processes, and performance of an offensive security operations.</li>
<li>Serve as a client-facing subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, executive briefings, and advisory support on domain-specific initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to support client retention, expansion, and new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure SLA and KPI adherence within the domain while driving operational maturity and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other domain leaders to ensure integration of capabilities across the Cyber Fusion Center.</li>
<li>Own the development and refinement of playbooks, methodologies, and frameworks that improve service quality and scalability.</li>
<li>Develop and mentor team members, building a pipeline of talent and advancing professional development across the domain.</li>
<li>Stay current on emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices, applying them to enhance client outcomes and service offerings.</li>
<li>Represent DeepSeas at client engagements, industry forums, and thought leadership opportunities as a recognized expert in the domain.</li></ul><div><br>

</div></div></div></div><p>Skills Knowledge and Expertise
</p><div><div><div><ul><li>10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in offensive security.</li>
<li>Proven track record of leading teams, managing client-facing engagements, and delivering measurable security outcomes.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of adversary TTPs, frameworks (MITRE ATT&amp;CK, Cyber Kill Chain), and intelligence-driven defense models.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate technical outcomes into strategic insights for business and executive stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement across teams.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.</li>
<li>Strong client engagement skills with a history of supporting account retention and business growth.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li>
<li>Advanced industry certifications strongly preferred (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, OSCP, GCTI, etc.).</li></ul><div><br>
