The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent that aligns with our Clients Talent Need and Culture. S/He should be able to think critically when making execution plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Client and Candidate Conversations
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct detailed candidate assessment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability of Head Hunting and Research
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communicator and negotiator
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 3 - 4 years' prior industry related recruitment experience is added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Focused and goal-oriented
 </li>
