Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant specializing in Inside Sales and Orthotic Fitting to join our medical equipment (DME) team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales operations, fit patients, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others, this position is perfect for you!Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Fitting patients with medical equipment/braces.</li><li>Support inside sales efforts by helping with inventory.</li><li>Maintain accurate data entry/Computer knowledge is a must.</li><li>Being able to multi-task.</li><li>Accounts Payable.</li><li>Very busy office during ski season.</li><li>Rotating on call in the evenings for ER fittings during ski season.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Data entry accuracy coupled with proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation</li><li>Time management skills that enable prioritization of tasks efficiently throughout the workday</li></ul>Join us in making a difference by providing outstanding support within a lively healthcare setting.
