QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in production management, with a focus on roofing (residential and commercial)</li><li>
2+ years in a Construction Leadership Role (roofing preferred)</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Proven leadership of crews and subcontractors</li><li>
Strong book of business</li><li>
Experience handling large-scale projects, particularly with specialty roofing materials</li><li>
Ability to manage all legal aspects related to subcontractors, including Certificates of Insurance and Master Subcontractor Agreements</li><li>
Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, processes, and safety standards</li><li>
Experience building teams and implementing processes within the construction industry</li><li>
Ideal candidates have worked through multiple roles from field production to production coordination in residential roofing</li></ul>
Preferred qualifications include experience with project management software, an OSHA certification, and experience in a management or leadership role within a growing company.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION MANAGER
In this full-time role, you'll oversee multiple residential and commercial roofing projects from start to finish. You'll be the driving force behind scheduling crews, managing project budgets, and ensuring every job exceeds client expectations. You'll work closely with superintendents, sales, and estimating teams, while maintaining strong relationships with builders and suppliers.
