Job description:What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:<ul><li>Building and executing content calendars for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).</li><li>Handling Youtube shorts , videos and playlists.</li><li>Creating reels, carousels, memes, tweets, and other thumb-stopping content.</li><li>Writing captions that are crisp, cheeky, and call out B.S. when needed.</li><li>Launching and managing campaigns, trends, and collabs to boost engagement.</li><li>Handling DMs, community replies, and finding clever ways to interact with listeners.</li><li>Working with the podcast team to cut clips, tease episodes, and amplify guest appearances.</li><li>Keeping an eye on trends, hashtags, and what Gen Z is loving this week.</li></ul>We&rsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:<ul><li>Lives and breathes content. If your screen time is scary high &mdash; we get it.</li><li>Knows how to use Canva, CapCut, Instagram insights, and other creator tools.</li><li>Has 1-2 years of social media or content marketing experience (internships count).</li><li>Understands how to build a brand voice that&rsquo;s real, unfiltered, and witty.</li><li>Is obsessed with podcast culture, pop culture, and bold storytelling.</li><li>Can work independently, experiment fearlessly, and handle rapid feedback like a pro.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
