 What You'll be doing?

 Guiding Chinese-speaking clients through the exciting journey of buying, selling properties in Dubai.
 </li>
 <li>
 Building strong relationships and trust with international investors and local buyers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working closely with exclusive developers on off-plan projects&mdash;your developer experience will be a major asset!
 </li>
 <li>
 Staying ahead of market trends and turning opportunities into success stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating unforgettable client experiences (with a touch of flair!).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We're looking for?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a bonus!)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working with property developers, especially in off-plan projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid background in real estate sales&mdash;freshers need not apply
 </li>
 <li>
 A go-getter attitude with a love for networking and negotiation
 </li>
 <li>
 UAE driving license preferred (but not a deal-breaker)
 </li>
