We are looking for a Real Estate Admin with developer experience who will serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting our sales team with essential administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome and assist clients and maintain a professional reception area</li><li>Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and deliveries</li><li>Prepare sales proposals, presentations, reservation forms, SPAs, brokerage agreements, and NOCs</li><li>Process brokerage agreements in line with company policies</li><li>Coordinate with finance, legal, marketing, and project registration teams</li><li>Update CRM systems and client databases</li><li>Track payments, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>Prepare sales activity and lead conversion reports</li><li>Respond to client inquiries on projects and payment plans</li><li>Schedule meetings, viewings, and events</li><li>Support property launches, open houses, and marketing activities</li><li>Manage filing, scanning, office supplies, and general admin duties</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in sales administration or reception, preferably with a real estate developer in Dubai</li><li>Strong knowledge of SPAs, brokerage agreements, NOCs, and RERA documentation</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems</li><li>Excellent communication skills and professional presentation</li><li>Tagalog-speaking</li><li>Must be able to join immediately</li></ul>If you meet the above criteria, you could be the candidate we have been looking for!!!Apply now or email us at hr@seeniunproperties.comJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Real Estate Admin with developer: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Tagalog &amp; English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
