We are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to oversee daily project workings, ensure accuracy through cross-checking, and maintain effective coordination among teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The role also requires representing the company professionally at project sites and offices.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage day-to-day project workings and activities</li><li>Cross-check project work, documents, bills, and deliverables for accuracy</li><li>Confirm rates, quotations, and cost details with vendors and suppliers</li><li>Act as a company representative during site visits, meetings, and coordination activities</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients</li><li>Follow up on tasks, approvals, timelines, and project progress</li><li>Maintain proper records, confirmations, and project correspondence</li><li>Prepare basic reports, summaries, and updates as required</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills</li><li>Must own a motorbike and hold a valid driving license</li><li>Willing to travel within the city for project-related work</li></ul>Computer &amp; Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to prepare spreadsheets, rate comparisons, and tracking sheets</li><li>Email drafting and professional correspondence</li><li>Basic knowledge of document management and online tools</li><li>Ability to maintain digital records and reports</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Attention to detail and strong cross-checking ability</li><li>Time management and multitasking skills</li><li>Professional conduct and responsibility</li><li>Problem-solving and follow-up skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
