About the Role
We are hiring a detail‑oriented and strategic Internal Auditor to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management, ensure policy implementation, and drive compliance with KSA regulations&mdash;including environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Plan, execute, and report on risk‑based internal audits across functions.</li><li>
Verify implementation of policies and procedures; recommend control enhancements.</li><li>
Identify and assess risks; develop mitigation strategies aligned with best practices.</li><li>
Lead audits for environmental and regulatory compliance; drive remediation.</li><li>
Deliver clear reports and presentations to the Audit Committee/Board.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to serve as the senior financial leader and advisor to the executive team, overseeing accounting, treasury, compliance, and financial performance. The CFO will secure funding, maintain liquidity, and drive business decisions through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and implement finance strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>
Translate strategy into annual budgets/forecasts and long‑term financial plans; monitor performance.</li><li>
Lead month‑end/periodic financial reporting, cash‑flow management, and dashboarding.</li><li>
Coordinate external/internal/ICV audits; ensure compliance with KSA laws and IFRS.</li><li>

We are seeking experienced Marine Consultancy Services Professionals to support offshore marine operations, inspections, engineering reviews, diving supervision, and vessel/barge representation activities for major offshore oil and gas projects. These roles require strong offshore experience, solid understanding of marine safety and operational standards, and the ability to work in demanding offshore project environments. Suitable candidates will be assigned based on project needs across marine inspection, advisory, engineering, diving, and offshore construction support functions.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct marine vessel inspections from marine and HSE perspectives</li><li>
Support daily marine office activities such as vessel monitoring, scope preparation, technical reviews, and contractor audits</li><li>
Witness and monitor offshore lifts and installation activities</li><li>

Qualifications

Experience<ul><li>
Minimum 15 years of total offshore oil and gas industry experience</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of direct exposure to offshore construction and installation projects</li><li>
Strong experience with jackets, decks, bridges, subsea cables, pipelines/risers, hook-up/tie-ins, pre-commissioning, and commissioning</li><li>
Experience gained on offshore construction vessels and barges, including self-elevating units and derrick/lay barges</li><li>
Strong knowledge of offshore construction practices, marine regulations, QA/QC, welding/coating, anchor handling, survey/navigation, pipe laying, cable laying, riser installation, and commissioning procedures</li><li>
Good understanding of international safety codes and offshore HSE requirements</li><li>
Fluency in English</li></ul>
