Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics System Engineer to lead the implementation and optimization of logistics system solutions for in-plant logistics operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in securing intelligent logistics system installation, commissioning, integration, and continuous improvement across Press, Body, Paint, and General Assembly shops.
The role requires strong expertise in SAP EWM, logistics systems integration, material handling processes, and coordination with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Systems Implementation<ul><li>

About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer to serve as the senior financial leader and advisor to the executive team, overseeing accounting, treasury, compliance, and financial performance. The CFO will secure funding, maintain liquidity, and drive business decisions through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and implement finance strategies aligned with company objectives.</li><li>
Translate strategy into annual budgets/forecasts and long‑term financial plans; monitor performance.</li><li>
Lead month‑end/periodic financial reporting, cash‑flow management, and dashboarding.</li><li>
Coordinate external/internal/ICV audits; ensure compliance with KSA laws and IFRS.</li><li>
Oversee procurement/finance controls to ensure legal and contractual adherence.</li><li>
Manage treasury and banking relationships (guarantees, hedging, investments) and optimize liquidity.</li><li>
Support cross‑functional teams on commercial contracts, legal liaison, and sourcing/negotiations.</li><li>
Lead and develop finance &amp; procurement teams; promote Lean/continuous improvement.</li><li>
Act as financial signatory per PoA/authority matrix; represent finance with shareholders and lenders.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li> 
Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CMA preferred.</li><li>
10+ years of progressive financial leadership in a major company/division, ideally in industrial/utilities.</li><li>
Strong strategic planning, FP&amp;A, and treasury expertise; excellent leadership and stakeholder management.</li><li>
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>

 Plan and commission test rig installations, coordinating design teams, technologies, equipment, and processes to deliver robust testing solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce detailed test hardware designs, including adaptor plates and complete test rig assemblies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and review risk assessments with project leads to ensure all test programs operate within safe and compliant limits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assemble test rigs, monitor operations through data acquisition systems, and carry out product inspections at defined test intervals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile comprehensive final test reports outlining the test program, collected data, conclusions, and recommendations for future testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training, mentoring, and day-to-day support to colleagues, contributing to team capability growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the company&rsquo;s compliance with classification society standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

 <li>
 Actively developing the test facility into a global centre of excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use test‑monitoring tools such as N_Code and Vector/ETAS.

 Instrumentation and data‑capture equipment including thermocouples, wheel‑force transducers, accelerometers, LVDTs, and load cells.

 Analyse test data and produce clear post‑test reports.

 Liaise with cross functional teams resolve test issues

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5+ years of experience in Durability Test lab
 </li>
 <li>
 Have a good understanding and experience on MTS test systems like 329 and MAST, MTS Flextest, MTS RPC Connect &amp; Axle system durability tests
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret engineering drawings and create test‑hardware models using CAD.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply key Mechanical Engineering calculations confidently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with project leads to define test requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset &amp; Good communication and team collaboration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask, Problem-solving and proactive attitude.
