 This Opportunity
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor construction activities on transportation, civil, and municipal infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document daily field and inspection activities, including material sampling, testing, and quantity measurements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with preconstruction meetings, progress updates, and conflict resolution sessions; prepare and negotiate construction change orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and SEH team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 May assist in development of proposals, estimating project budgets and schedules and completing constructability reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the following areas: Mason City, IA

 Essential Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in the construction field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate rough terrain on construction sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel for team meetings, client consultations, and on-site observations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work overtime as needed.

 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Possession of applicable DOT technical certifications or ability to obtain within six (6) months.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with BlueBeam software.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 This position requires an MVR records check verifying that you possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and a driving record which meets the requirements of SEH&rsquo;s Driving Program.
