We are looking for a motivated Engineer to join our steel and fabrication company in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have technical and site experience, along with good client-handling skills.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and review drawings for client projects (steel &amp; fabrication works).</li><li>Analyze and prepare material requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.</li><li>Supervise and instruct laborers on-site to ensure quality and timely work.</li><li>Coordinate with clients and provide technical solutions as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new projects.</li><li>Actively find and approach potential new clients to grow the business.</li><li>Must hold a valid UAE Driving License for site visits and client meetings.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in steel/fabrication/construction works in UAE.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge in materials, drawings, and project execution.</li><li>Good leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).</li><li>Sales/Business Development experience is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Do you have Valid UAE Driving License?
