Company: Sehat Medical Devices (Pvt) Ltd Position Title: Store In-Charge Department: Supply Chain Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, LahoreJob SummaryThe Store In-Charge is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient handling and storage of medical devices and supplies.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records (manual or computerized)</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts</li><li>Ensure proper labeling and storage of medical items</li></ul>2. Goods Handling<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming medical devices and materials</li><li>Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or contamination</li><li>Issue materials as per authorized requests</li><li>Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable</li></ul>3. Store Operations<ul><li>Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards</li><li>Ensure adherence to company and healthcare regulations</li><li>Maintain store documentation (GRNs, invoices, stock registers)</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and other departments</li></ul>4. Staff Supervision<ul><li>Supervise store assistants and helpers</li><li>Assign daily tasks and monitor performance</li><li>Train staff on proper handling of medical equipment</li></ul>5.
