Company: Sehat Medical Devices (Pvt) Ltd Position Title: Store In-Charge Department: Supply Chain Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, LahoreJob SummaryThe Store In-Charge is responsible for managing daily store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient handling and storage of medical devices and supplies.Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain accurate stock records (manual or computerized)</li><li>Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits and physical counts</li><li>Ensure proper labeling and storage of medical items</li></ul>2. Goods Handling<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and record incoming medical devices and materials</li><li>Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or contamination</li><li>Issue materials as per authorized requests</li><li>Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable</li></ul>3. Store Operations<ul><li>Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards</li><li>Ensure adherence to company and healthcare regulations</li><li>Maintain store documentation (GRNs, invoices, stock registers)</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and other departments</li></ul>4. Staff Supervision<ul><li>Supervise store assistants and helpers</li><li>Assign daily tasks and monitor performance</li><li>Train staff on proper handling of medical equipment</li></ul>5. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Asst. Manager Accounts &amp; Finance to join our team and support our financial operations.Accounting &amp; Financial Management:<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, general ledger, payroll)</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning</li><li>Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li></ul>Taxation &amp; FBR Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations and tax laws</li><li>Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns (Sales Tax, Income Tax)</li><li>Handle STRN (Sales Tax Registration Number) and NTN (National Tax Number) matters</li><li>Manage e-filing through IRIS portal and other FBR systems</li><li>Deduct and deposit withholding taxes as per applicable laws</li><li>Prepare and submit withholding tax statements</li><li>Handle tax audits, notices, and correspondence with FBR</li><li>Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure company compliance</li><li>Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors for tax planning and filing</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Audit:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies</li><li>Coordinate internal and external audits</li><li>Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets</li></ul>Leadership &amp; Strategy:<ul><li>Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team</li><li>Provide financial insights to senior management for decision-making</li><li>Develop strategies to minimize tax liability and improve financial efficiency</li><li>Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.</li><li>Strong command of accounting standards and tax laws.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their updated CV to hr@sehat.ltd with the subject line: &ldquo;Application for Assistant Manager Accounts &amp; Finance&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
