 Role Summary
 
 
 
 Responsible for supporting the reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of a national-scale transaction and integration platform. The role requires strong technical expertise across platform engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, integration technologies, databases, and modern platform architectures. The successful candidate will contribute to platform evolution, major releases, troubleshooting, automation initiatives, and technology implementations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the operation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of a national-scale transaction and integration platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in application deployments, upgrades, releases, and platform enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to automation, CI/CD, and operational excellence initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support root cause analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to platform architecture, scalability, resilience, availability, performance, and security improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor platform health, availability, and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to platform modernization and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide technical expertise across application, integration, and platform technologies to support major initiatives and complex implementations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), application administration, or related technical roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience delivering and operating production applications, with an understanding of the full application lifecycle from development and deployment through production operations and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, release management, and platform reliability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of database technologies and concepts such as schema design, indexing, partitioning, performance optimization, and data lifecycle management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of modern platform technologies, including integration and messaging platforms, search and observability solutions, object storage, caching technologies, container platforms, and cloud services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of networking, load balancing, authentication, authorization, and API security concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
