 Seib Insurance and Reinsurance - Qatar, a company of Chedid Capital Group, is looking for a Telemarketing Officer to join its growing team. The Telemarketing Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and converting potential clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the expansion of the retail portfolio. The incumbent is expected to promote and explain the company&rsquo;s products and services, manage the end-to-end sales process, address customer inquiries and objections, and ensure clients are provided with suitable solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Describe products and services thoroughly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to all queries raised by customers as part of the sales process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and overcome customer objections as part of the sales pitch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take customers through the entire sales process and obtain their buy-in, ensuring they are fully informed and minimizing any potential conflict or mis-selling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain customer information at all times and ensure records are continuously updated and maintained accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explore new business opportunities by obtaining referrals and customer leads from existing and prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, including new business generation, retention, line-of-business penetration, and conversion/hit ratios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the growth of the Retail Portfolio through proactive sales activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure solutions remain fit for purpose through regular reviews with customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously develop technical and operational knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the highest standards of verbal and written communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively manage and resolve customer conflicts and concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve additional KPIs related to growth initiatives, including cross-selling and upselling activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support business growth through competitive tracking, pipeline management, campaign management, and other related initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate strong persuasive, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a robust and up-to-date database of customers and prospective customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct rigorous follow-up to maximize the likelihood of clients opting for the company&rsquo;s services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain complete and accurate records of telephonic interactions, orders, and customer accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct customer service feedback surveys as and when initiated.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent typing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Additional languages are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the Qatari travel agent market and existing contacts is an advantage.
 </li>
