<div>SEKISUI Diagnostics is looking for an experienced and driven Purchasing Manager to lead and enhance our operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you&rsquo;ll manage a small team, strengthen supplier partnerships, and drive process improvements that support efficient, high-quality manufacturing in a regulated environment.

ABOUT YOU: 
You are an experienced Purchasing Manager with 5-7 years of purchasing and planning experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment and are motivated by opportunities to streamline processes and lead teams to success. You are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal teams.

In this role, you will:

<li>Lead the Purchasing team to achieve departmental goals, meet schedules, and resolve operational challenges.</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategic purchasing and planning methods, policies, and supplier partnerships that ensure quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.</li>
<li>Negotiate supplier contracts and pricing for new and existing items or projects.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends to forecast demand and support long-term sourcing strategies.</li>
<li>Evaluates material requirements planning parameters to ensure material availability for production while minimizing inventory and costs.</li>
<li>Approve and manage supplier onboarding, evaluations, and performance reviews.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development with procurement and scheduling expertise.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supplier relationships.</li>
<li>Manage budgets and resources effectively, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and clear communication in a fast-paced, regulated environment.</li>

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package

The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
