 Receive visual assets from the design team and written content from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

 Merge and align visual designs with written content to produce cohesive multimedia outputs.
 </li>

 Submit the draft product to SMEs for feedback and approval.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement necessary revisions and modifications based on SME or stakeholder input.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct multiple rehearsals or test runs to ensure quality and accuracy before final printing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain effective communication with designers, SMEs, and print vendors throughout the production cycle.
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years in book creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in InDesign mainly
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in illustrator &amp; photoshop
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Anchor
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in developing, managing, and operating an effective and efficient mechanism for fulfilling all main responsibilities of the business development cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the process of studying market needs, market surveys, and the competitors strategically, and various incentive models offered by competing companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up tasks related to managing and implementing all growth strategies and marketing strategies, along with action plans for business development activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performing competitor analysis to obtain an increased market share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in organizing and planning the company's internal/external events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following up on client leads and identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with business development and sales teams to implement strategies for attracting new clients
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred in Business Administration or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience:
 
 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the printing &amp; publishing field (especially educational books).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent project &amp; time management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation &amp; report writing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication and negotiation skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Customer Relationship Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to perfectly communicate in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
 </li>
