Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Mobile Medical Scribe to support the healthcare provider by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time, approximately 8 to 16hours a week. This requires the flexibility to meet the provider at various locations were patients reside. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, combined with adaptability, excellent transcription skills and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. As a Mobile Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in enhancing clinical efficiency, ensuring precise medical documentation, and maintaining high standards of patient care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient examinations, ensuring accuracy and completeness in real-time.</li><li>Collaborate closely with physician to facilitate seamless documentation of patient histories, physical exams, and treatment plans.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to input, update, and manage patient data securely.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records in compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies.</li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency procedures to accurately capture complex clinical information.</li><li>Support healthcare provider by reducing documentation burdens, allowing provider to focus on patient interaction and care delivery.</li><li>Adapt to various senior assisted and independent living facilities, personal residences while maintaining professionalism and efficiency at all times.</li></ul>RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experienceReliable Transportation and Auto InsuranceFlexible AvailabilityTB TestPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
