Responsibilities:

The Manager, Strategic Accounts &amp; Business Development is responsible for leading all sales, business development, account management, and client growth activities for U.S. Physiatry Staffing LLC. This role serves as the primary driver of revenue generation and market expansion by developing new client relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to expand staffing services across hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, health systems, and post-acute providers. The Manager, Strategic Accounts &amp; Business Development will report directly to the COO and will have direct oversight of recruiting personnel while partnering closely with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure clients and providers receive exceptional service. This individual drives business growth, develops strategic relationships, manages key accounts, and fosters a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.</div>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare staffing, physician staffing, locum tenens, healthcare sales, or healthcare business development experience.</li><li>
Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in generating new business and growing client accounts.</li><li>
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>
Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasting.</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Experience in physician staffing, locum tenens, PM&amp;R, hospital medicine, or healthcare workforce solutions.</li><li>
Existing relationships with Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals, LTACHs, health systems, or post-acute providers.</li><li>
Experience managing recruiters or staffing teams.</li></ul></div>

Responsibilities:

Position Summary</b></div><div></div><div><br>
The Case Manager is responsible for the coordination of health care decisions by using a systematic approach to assure treatment plans that improve quality and outcomes, coordination of care across the continuum; promotion of cost-effective care within the allotted time frame; assuring payments of hospital-based services meeting patient-related utilization management criteria, and implementation of safe and appropriate discharge plans. The Case Manager assesses the psychosocial needs of the patient and provides intervention as part of the discharge planning process.</div><div><br>

Minimum Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Current Licensure per sate guidelines in a clinical or related discipline OR a Bachelor's or Master's in health or human services discipline.</li></ul><div><b>
Previous Experience</b></div><ul><li>
Previous experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning preferred.</li><li>
CCM Certification Preferred.</li></ul><br>
