Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will be the face of our establishment, blending professionalism with a lively spirit to elevate the guest experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and food handling standards.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.</li><li>Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify intoxicated guests, and follow protocols for serving alcohol in a safe manner.</li><li>Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different service environments.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently using retail math skills and basic math proficiency to ensure accuracy in cashiering and cash handling.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.</li><li>Experience with serving in the food industry or retail math for accurate cash handling and billing.</li><li>Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours typical of hospitality environments such as nightclubs or catering events.
