We have an opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team at our Clinton, Utah facility.

Who You Are: 
The ideal candidate will be an energetic, outgoing self-starter with a drive to meet company goals and their own personal goals. Some key qualifications are: 
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills 
Outstanding time management skills 
Ability to Multi-task, be organized, and complete assigned duties 
Free thinker and able to work independently with minimal supervision 
Proficient using Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills

What You Will Do: 
Greet all customers in a professional manner, assess their needs and offer solutions. Assist the customers in renting units, understanding their lease agreement, fees and insurance. Keep the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills. Ensure the property and units are always customer-ready by cleaning units, sweeping, and removing debris. Ensure that the property is maintained and appealing to the eye. Keep office clean and organized. Maintain all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manner. Balance cash drawer and prepare bank deposits.
The Work Schedule is:
Tues-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

As our company grows, we&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help expand SSCG&rsquo;s digital footprint.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing, optimizing, and maintaining SSCG&rsquo;s digital marketing initiatives. This position is primarily focused on paid media, analytics, tracking, and website optimization, taking ownership of many day-to-day digital marketing tasks so senior leadership can focus on strategy, pricing, and broader initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to grow their digital marketing skills. You&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience, taking ownership of meaningful digital marketing tasks that directly impact business results. While your main focus will be digital, there will also be opportunities to assist with creative and print projects, giving you a well-rounded view of marketing in a fast-growing company. With variety built in, you&rsquo;ll work across multiple platforms, tools, and marketing channels, keeping every day interesting and full of learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising &amp; Analytics
<ul><li>Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple self-storage facilities</li>
<li>Monitor performance, conversion tracking, and KPIs using Google Analytics and Tag Manager</li>
<li>Help identify trends, prepare reports and provide actionable insights to manager</li>
<li>Stay up to date on PPC best practices and platform updates</li>
</ul>
Website, SEO &amp; Platforms
<ul><li>Perform routine website updates (pricing, promotions, facility details)</li>
<li>Support on-page SEO and basic site optimization</li>
<li>Ensure forms, tracking, and integrations function properly</li>
<li>Manage listings and online reputation platforms</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Collaboration
<ul><li>Compile monthly performance reports and pacing checks</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-departmentally to align marketing and operational goals</li>
<li>Track and manage digital marketing spend against budget</li>
</ul>
Growth Opportunities

Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul><li>Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing deadlines independently</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager</li>
<li>Understanding of paid search metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization</li>
<li>Comfortable working with or learning website-building platforms</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus, but not required</li>
