You&rsquo;ll own the AR process, keep our books pristine, and give our leadership team the clear, timely financial insights they need to make great decisions.
 
 
 
 💼 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Managing accounts receivable: issuing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions with precision
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in journaling
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing monthly financial statements and reports for leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Reconciling bank and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with budget tracking and expense management
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining orderly financial records and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with the finance team to improve systems and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures

 ✔️ 2+ years of bookkeeping and accounts receivable experience

 ✔️ Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
 
 
 ✔️ Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
