<div>The Valet Front Door Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of valet services at the front entrance of the hotel. This position ensures guests and visitors are greeted with professionalism and efficiency, while maintaining high standards for safety, courtesy, and service excellence. The supervisor leads a team of valet attendants, manages traffic flow, enforces company policies, and acts as the primary liaison between valet staff, management, and the client.
The Valet Front Door Supervisor assists the daily operation of the location ensuring that valet operations are handled adhering to company policies and procedures, and acts as Manager-on-Duty when Operations Manager is off. This position ensures efficient traffic flow, timely vehicle retrieval, and exceptional guest service. The Valet Front Door Supervisor leads by example and assists with training, supervision, and performance monitoring of valet attendants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Greet guests courteously.</li><li>
Ensure customers are receiving timely service.</li><li>
Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.</li><li>
Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.</li><li>
Assist with training and coaching an excellent valet team.</li><li>
Ensures that daily staffing needs are covered.</li><li>
Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.</li><li>
Monitor employee performance, appearance, and adherence to uniform standards.</li><li>
Responsible for driveway and traffic activity.</li><li>
Responsible for shift closing paperwork.</li><li>
Implementing a successful staging plan for current traffic conditions to ensure maximum parking capacity.</li><li>
Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations.</li><li>
Ensure work area, including parking lot and driveway are clean free of debris and obstruction.</li><li>
Assists the Operations Manager in monitoring valet employee productivity and providing constructive feedback. No direct Supervisory reports.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedural manuals.</li><li>
Ability to write reports and correspondence.</li><li>
Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization.</li><li>
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions</li><li>
Ability to act independently and make accurate decisions</li><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work in an environment that is not necessarily protected from weather and temperature changes with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy weather conditions for long periods of time</li><li>
Must be able to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation, and exhibit full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing and crouching</li><li>
Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift.</li><li>
Ability to operate a standard and automatic transmission, if required</li><li>
Fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making and continuous guest interaction.</li><li>
Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.</li><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li><li>
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test</li><li>
Must be 18 years of age</li><li>

<div>The Valet Operations Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient parking operations, while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customer/client&rsquo;s expectations. The Valet Parking Operations Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of operating the valet parking at luxurious hotels including: staff management, revenue control, safety, and client relations.
The Valet Operations Supervisor must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations. The Operations Supervisor will report to The Director of Parking.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Responsible for the supervision of location staff: delegating, coaching/developing, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with all company standards.
</li><li>Train new employees; collaborate with The Director of parking on the onboarding plan for new employees to ensure success.
</li><li>Act as the point of contact to client or; attend location meetings as appropriate and respond to client requests in order to develop and maintain a good working relationship.
</li><li>Assist the Director of Parking with payroll ensuring all staff clock in/out properly and assisting to correct incorrect or missed punches in PAYCOM.</li><li>
Monitor maintenance of the driveway and associated premises to ensure that the driveway and offices are safe and maintained to standards; supervise on-going maintenance projects to ensure quality and timely completion.</li><li>
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports as required.
</li><li>Managing, planning, scheduling, training, and directing the activities of frontline staff.</li><li>
Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from the operation of assigned location.</li><li>
Ensure all staff maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, hotel staff and coworkers.</li><li>
Ensure valets secure all keys.</li><li>
Ensure all valets practice AAA basics service standard every day.</li><li>
Ensure smooth traffic flow at the front drive and maintain a professional, welcoming arrival experience.</li><li>
Ensure all valets park and retrieve vehicles safely and timely.</li><li>
Utilize CVPS and Amano One systems for accurate vehicle tracking, reporting, and revenue management.</li></ul><ul><li>
Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>
Previous experience working in high-stress situations with tight deadlines/high customer expectations.</li><li>
Ability to act independently and make decisions in the absence of The Director of Parking</li><li>
Knowledge general Microsoft Office Applications.
</li><li>Experience in account management and revenue collection.</li><li>
Previous valet parking supervisor experience required</li><li>
Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Must have the ability to drive standard and automatic manual transmission vehicles</li><li>
Experience working with CVPS and/or Amano One systems preferred.</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including AM, PM, weekends, and Overnight shifts.</li><li>
Ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li>
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and temperature changes</li><li>
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check</li><li>
