 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work as part of a cross functional team to help and lead the development of new features
 </li>
 <li>
 Show off your code review, debugging and refactoring skills, taking advantage of every opportunity to make the codebase better
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to application improvement &amp; optimization (through code audits, refactoring, caching, architecture changes).
 </li>
 <li>
 Write DRY code while using various best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Help define requirements for new features and assist with Sprint planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with business stakeholders in shaping, estimating and planning new requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in regular showcases of new work to the product owners and business stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Strive for continuous improvement within the team
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor more junior members of the team
 </li>
 <li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BSc in computer science or equivalent experience
 </li>
 <li>
 A minimum of 3 years experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert on PHP or Nodejs
 </li>
 <li>
 PHP proficiency in large, scalable web applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with PHP frameworks ( Laravel, Symfony etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of version control systems such as GIT.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Agile development and JIRA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of Unix commands and environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Define SMTs, product strategy, MRDs, PRDs, and prioritized feature roadmaps aligned with business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and TAM assessments to support product decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the voice of the user, ensuring strong alignment between business and engineering teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the design and implementation of UX/UI for both web and mobile applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver product demos and ensure cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track product performance and continuously iterate using user insights and business KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new products and platform enhancements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify gaps and recommend functional improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to system architecture from a business perspective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate outcomes, and provide sign-off for production releases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously gather feedback and refine requirements based on evolving user and market needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, MIS, Business or a related field required, Master&rsquo;s Degree preferred.
 
 
 Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Agile Certified
 
 
 Professional (PMI-ACP) preferred
 
 
 Hands-on experience with Jira, SQL, GA, Figma, XD, Miro
 
 
 Minimum of 6 years increasingly responsible project management/Scrum Master experience with an emphasis on systems designs and construction of medium to large sized projects.
 
 
 Prior experience in PHP, NodeJS programming in a cloud.
