Creative Designer &ndash; E-Commerce &amp; Performance MarketingExperience: 2&ndash;4 yearsLocation: Bangalore (On-site)About the RoleWe are looking for a creative designer who can work across e-commerce, quick commerce, and digital advertising.Your work will include banners, product visuals, ad creatives, short-form videos, and platform-specific adaptations for channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more.What You Will DoCreate high-quality static and video creatives for paid ads and promotions.Adapt creatives for e-commerce &amp; quick-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).Design banners, hero images, product modules, and brand visuals.Develop variations for A/B tests in performance campaigns.Work closely with the media &amp; strategy teams to understand what drives clicks and conversions.What We&rsquo;re Looking ForStrong design fundamentals in Photoshop, Illustrator and basic video editing.Good sense of layout, colour, product storytelling, and visual hierarchy.Understanding of consumer behaviour and what makes ads perform.Ability to learn platform guidelines quickly (Amazon, Meta, Google, etc.).Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new e-commerce formats.Good to Have (Not Mandatory)Experience with Amazon A+, Brand Store, PDPs.Experience with quick-commerce creatives (Blinkit tiles, Instamart assets).Comfort with short-form video editing.Exposure to performance marketing teams.Portfolio RequirementsShare work that showcases:Creative thinkingProduct-focused layoutsAd creatives (static or video)Any e-commerce or marketplace examples (if available)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;400,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
