Cinematographer / Videographer / Photographer (Luxury Real Estate)Location: Orange County, CA Job Type: Contract / Project-Based (Ongoing Opportunities)Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, creative Cinematographer / Editor / Photographer to produce high-end visual content for luxury real estate.This is not a basic walkthrough video role.You will be responsible for capturing cinematic footage, crafting compelling narratives, and producing polished content that elevates properties into lifestyle-driven stories. The ideal candidate understands how to create emotion, energy, and urgency &ndash; especially for property marketing, lifestyle reels, and auction-style campaigns.This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on premium listings and help shape a brand known for innovative, story-driven real estate marketing.What You&rsquo;ll Be Creating<ul><li>Cinematic property films (not standard MLS walkthroughs)</li><li>Lifestyle storytelling videos that capture how it feels to live in the home</li><li>Auction-style marketing videos designed to create urgency and engagement</li><li>High-end photography for luxury listings</li><li>Short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute filming sessions with strong attention to lighting, composition, and camera movement</li><li>Capture high-quality video and photo content using professional-grade equipment</li><li>Edit footage into compelling narratives using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects</li><li>Apply color grading, sound design, and pacing techniques that enhance storytelling</li><li>Create motion graphics and visual effects to elevate final deliverables</li><li>Manage full post-production workflow from raw footage to final export</li><li>Collaborate on creative direction, storyboarding, and concept development</li><li>Deliver projects on time while maintaining a high standard of quality</li><li>Maintain organized media libraries and project files</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong understanding that story &gt; specs</li><li>Ability to create emotion, flow, and visual impact through editing</li><li>A creative eye for composition, detail, and luxury presentation</li><li>Self-directed with the ability to take initiative and bring ideas forward</li><li>Reliable, responsive, and able to meet deadlines without oversight</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in videography and editing for digital media or film</li><li>Strong proficiency in:</li><li>Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>After Effects</li><li>Photoshop &amp; Lightroom</li><li>Final Cut Pro (plus)</li><li>Experience producing high-end photography and video content</li><li>Knowledge of:</li><li>Camera systems, lenses, lighting setups, and stabilization tools</li><li>Drone operation (preferred)</li><li>Ability to execute full post-production workflows</li><li>Portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability (real estate or lifestyle preferred)</li></ul>Not a Fit If<ul><li>You only shoot basic walkthrough videos</li><li>Your edits rely heavily on templates</li><li>You require constant direction</li><li>You struggle with deadlines or communication</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Opportunity<ul><li>Competitive, project-based pay (based on experience and scope)</li><li>Consistent work with a top-producing real estate brand</li><li>Opportunity to build a high-end portfolio with luxury listings</li><li>Potential for long-term creative partnership</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Portfolio (video + photography)</li><li>2&ndash;3 examples of your best storytelling work</li><li>Gear list</li><li>Your rate / pricing structure</li></ul>If your work makes people feel something &ndash; not just see something &ndash; we want to talk.Pay: From $35.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
