Primary Purpose: 
Shipping and Receiving Clerk will mark parts, create pack slips, box parts, and process shipments using various systems. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Mark parts per customer specifications using a vibropeen.</li>
<li>Make customer pack slips using Visual Manufacturing System.</li>
<li>Box parts.</li>
<li>Process shipments through various systems such as UPS Worldship, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and LTL services.</li>
<li>Work in a responsible, safe, and professional manner.</li>
</ul>
 
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
<ul><li>High level of accuracy, excellent proof-reading ability, and great attention to detail.</li>
<li>Must be able to retain a great deal of varying information to complete pack slips, certifications, and exportation of freight.</li>
<li>Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record. (proof of MVR will be required)</li>
<li>Problem solving and critical thinking required.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and take initiative.</li>
<li>Basic math ability, including addition.
</li><li>Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and procedures.
</li><li>Must poses basic computer skills with the ability to retrieve, organize, and save files and emails.
</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in manufacturing and production; aerospace castings preferred.</li>
<li>Possess good communication skills at all levels within the organization.
</li><li>Able to interact effectively with co-workers and supervisors in a positive manner.</li>
<li>Solid job history including more than 1 year at previous or recent employer.</li>
<li>HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.</li>
<li>Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.</li>
<li>Must be willing to participate in pre-employment and periodic drug screening.</li>
<li>Must take a base line hearing test prior to starting.

<div>CMM Operator - Titanium Aerospace Parts Production - Swing and Weekend Graveyard Shift

Primary Purpose: 
A CMM Operator will inspect machined and un-machined castings, wax patterns, and fixtures using manual CMM and Automated CMM devices. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Inspect machined and un-machined castings, wax patterns and fixtures using Manual CMM and Automated CMM.</li>
<li>Use of hand-held MTE will also be required (calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.).</li>
<li>Complete detailed inspection reports, as well as review/interrogate the dimensional data generated by the CMM inspection.</li>
<li>Communicate closely with engineering.</li>
</ul>Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
<ul><li>Self-motivated individual with good math skills.</li>
<li>Able to perform inspections on raw and machined castings and first articles.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and interpret customer specifications.</li>
<li>Able to use Microsoft programs, i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, etc.; CAD experience helpful.</li>
<li>Able to read and follow both verbal and written instructions, as well as excellent communication skills both written and oral.</li>
<li>Capable of performing precise setups on machine.</li>
<li>Possess a positive attitude and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>HS diploma or equivalent GED required, but candidates not meeting this requirement who possesses relevant experience will be considered.</li>

<li>Experience with OpenDmis and Calypso.</li>
<li>CMM and CNC programming.</li>
<li>CAD experience.</li>

CMM Operator

Primary Purpose: 
A CMM Programmer will create automated CMM programs using Calypso.
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>CMM Programmer will create automated CMM programs using Calypso used on Zeiss CMMs.</li>
<li>Use of hand-held MTE will also be required (calipers, micrometers, bore gages, etc.).</li>
<li>Ability to use Calypso software.
</li><li>Ability to understand high level GD&amp;T.</li>
<li>Ability to prove out new CMM programs.</li>
<li>Work closely with engineering for inspection plans and best practices.</li>
<li>Work with engineering to design CMM holding fixtures.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of CAD software.</li>
<li>Understand customer specification related to dimensional data.</li></ul>

</ul>Schedule:
<ul><li>Individual will start on training schedule as follows: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm.</li>
<li>Once training is completed, individual will work SWING shift Sun-Thurs.</li>
<li>Overtime is required as needed, may include weekends.</li>
</ul>
